    FOUNDER, PRESIDENT & CEO

    Sanjay is a Global Business leader with extensive capital markets experience at Fortune 500 banks and hedge funds. Before founding Anchor Consultants, Sanjay had 25 years of experience deploying operations solutions, building management consulting businesses. He managed global client engagements in the US, Europe & Asia at several large organizations including Citigroup, Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank, Bank of New York, Moore Capital, American Express, Bear Stearns, Bank BNP Paribas, BBVA, and Bank of America. Sanjay also holds Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Bombay in Economics (1983) & an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Rochester (1986).

  • Luis Gomilla

    CO-FOUNDER & CFO

    Luis co-founded Anchor Consultants with a vision to create a competitive company, comprised of highly skilled resources providing operational and technical support to financial institutions. He has over three decades of experience managing various projects and client relationships at several financial institutions including Deutsche Bank, Barclays Capital, JP Morgan Chase, Credit Suisse, Citibank and Merrill Lynch. Luis also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines with a major in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant Philippines, 1983 and a Certified Public Accountant Illinois, USA, 1991. Luis is also a recipient of Elijah Watt Sells Achievement Award from American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Top 100 out 75,000 examinees)
